📦 Processing Time-All items are handmade or prepared with care.Typical processing times are:• Ready‑to‑ship items: 2–5 business days• Custom or made‑to‑order items: 5–10 business days• Large or specialty pieces: May require additional time (noted in product description)Processing time does not include shipping time.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery- I currently ship within Canada.Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as:• Canada Post• UPS or other carriers when needed .Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times (after processing):• Local (Victoria & Vancouver Island): 2–5 business days• Within Canada: 3–10 business days• Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
🌍 At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada (and the U.S., if applicable).
💌 Shipping Rates-Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:• Package size and weight• Destination• Selected shipping method-Local pickup in Victoria, BC may be available for select items. If offered, details will appear at checkout. Pickup instructions will be emailed after your order is confirmed.
📬 Order Tracking-Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with:• Tracking number (when available)• Estimated delivery windowSome small items (like stickers or flat mail) may ship without tracking to keep costs low.
🛡️ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged PackagesWe do our best to ensure your order arrives safely.• Delayed packages: Please allow extra time during holidays or carrier disruptions.• Lost packages: Contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.• Damaged items: Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the address was entered incorrectly at checkout.
