Because many items are handmade or one‑of‑a‑kind:- Colours, textures, and natural materials may vary slightly- Sizes are approximate unless otherwise stated- Custom items may differ from reference photos. If you have questions about a product, please contact us before purchasing.

Custom Orders-Custom pieces are created based on your requests and our artistic interpretation .By ordering a custom item, you agree that:- Full payment may be required before work begins- Processing times may vary depending on complexity- All custom sales are final unless the item arrives damaged. I will communicate clearly throughout the process to ensure your vision is honoured.
💳 4. Pricing & Payment -All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to:- Update prices at any time- Correct pricing errors- Cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing. Payments are processed securely through trusted third‑party providers. I do not store full payment details.
